I bought the 3D Live Pool software, but can not connect to the Internet. I need to know how to solve it. I currently use Windows 10. If you can not, I want the money refunded.

I've installed the demo version of 3D Live Pool from its official website and tried to use the network play. Based on what I've seen, the game supports manual IP input only when trying to play on network, meaning that you won't have the possibility to use a master server to browse available games. I also highly doubt that anyone plays this game. However, you should request a refund from the developers using the following email: [email protected]

Alternatively, you could use the online version of Pool from MiniClip to play online with friends and other users: https://www.miniclip.com/games/8-ball-pool-multiplayer/
